Meet Meg

business mentor

founder & creator

I've built businesses I loved, folded one I didn't, followed more "proven formulas" than I'd like to admit and flopped a launch spectacularly the year I tried to be someone I'm fucking not.

My philosophy is simple, my friend. The magic you need to build a business you actually adore isn't in someone else's course. It's already in you - you've just been looking outwards for so long you forgot to look in.

i believe

no one can run your business the way you can. because no one else is you.

Find your motherf*ckin secret sauce.
Here's why I know that works: because I learned it the hard way, publicly, with a launch that flopped in front of everyone.

For years I did what you're probably doing right now. I downloaded the courses. I stalked the "successful" ones' stories every single day. I toned myself down and turned up a version of "boss babe" that wasn't me, because someone's framework told me that's how you sell. And it left me flat, skint, and secretly wondering if I was just no good at this.

Then, two weeks out from a launch that was tanking, I scrapped the whole lot. I asked myself one question - what would make ME want to do this? and I did it my way instead. Messy, honest, a tad too much. It sold out in two weeks.

That's the moment I stopped looking outwards and started backing what was already actually mine. And it's the thing I now do with women like you.

So if you're a couple of years in - doing the work, doing it scared, doing all the "right" things, but screaming into a pillow "how do I make this easier?!" - I'm waiting for you. I have no interest in the overnight-millions crowd. I work with the women who bet on themselves, got this far on grit, and just want to build the business they've always wanted to run. Their way, not everyone else's.

I use coaching, mentoring and a decade in comms and strategy to do that work with you, never to you. I'm not here to hand you my formula and tell you to follow it to the tee - I've done that, remember, and it flopped fuckin hardddd. We're going to work out how to do it your way.

Oh, and the rest of me, quickly: I'm in the Lake District with my dogs and my fella, I take Wednesday mornings off just because I get to, I dress like a teenage boy, I'm ADHD to my bones, and I once genuinely thought I might end up living in a tree. I love the hills, true crime, and Roald Dahl for the way he'd twist a story into something wicked and cheeky. That last one's probably not a coincidence really!

If any of this sounded like you - like I've read your diary a bit - the best place to start is a Sounding Board session. Let's find what's actually keeping you stuck and the one move that shifts it. No pressure, no formula. Just a proper conversation.

I'd love to meet you.
